I understand and acknowledge that my e-skateboard test ride with Walnut Technology Limited is purely voluntary, and I have made the decision to ride of my own free will.

By signing this agreement, I agree as follows:

• I am allowed to test-drive the electric skateboard for a maximum of 1 minute, on a first come, first served basis.

• I acknowledge all the risks involved in the test-ride and I do not have any conditions that will increase my likelihood of experiencing injuries while engaging in this activity. I shall be solely responsible for all claims, action injuries, damages, costs arising out of or in connection with the test-ride.

• I agree to hold Walnut Technology Limited entirely free from any and all liability, including financial responsibility for injuries incurred, regardless of whether injuries are caused by negligence. I will also make every effort to obey safety precautions as explained to me. I will ask for clarification when needed.

Walnut Technology limited reserves the right to make the final decision in all matters pertaining to the test-riding and refuse any visitor from test-riding without giving any reason.

I have read this agreement and understand and agree to all its terms and provisions.
